Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Tickets and registration fees for the Cattleman’s Classic Ribeye Round-Up are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• General admission tickets

• Steak tasting tickets

• Cook team registration fees (adult or junior division)

• Merchandise or VIP packages

 

Event Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel portions of the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event of a full event cancellation, we will evaluate refund or credit options at our sole discretion and communicate them clearly via email and our website.

 

No Refunds for Inclement Weather
The Cattleman’s Classic is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions unless the entire event is officially canceled.

 

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket or registration to another individual. Please email [Insert Contact Email] with your name and the name of the new attendee at least 48 hours prior to the event.

 

Disqualified or No-Show Participants
Teams or individuals disqualified from competition or who fail to show up will not receive a refund. All entry fees will be forfeited.
